Course Overview:

Clarify what matters, turn purpose into weekly execution, and build habits that last. Participants identify core values and drivers, apply growth routines for focus/energy, and design a simple personal operating system. By the end, they translate quarterly goals into a 30/60/90 plan they can sustain on the job.

Course Content:

Intro (2–3 hrs) —

Objective: Spark awareness and commitment to self‑direction.

• Self‑discovery snapshot (strengths, values sort)
• Growth mindset primer + reflection
• Micro‑habit design: 1% daily improvement

1‑Day —

Objective: Lock in values → goals → weekly execution.

• Values to behaviors: define a personal code
• Goal architecture: vision → quarterly → weekly
• Timeboxing, attention hygiene, energy management
• Accountability partners and habit tracking

2‑Day —

Objective: Deepen self‑mastery and communication for sustainable growth.

• Cognitive traps & reframing drills
• Boundary‑setting & needs‑based requests
• Design a learning system (PKM) + feedback loops
• Capstone: 30/60/90 plan and peer review

3‑Day —

Objective: Practice, coach, and stress‑test new behaviors.

• Implementation labs & coaching triads
• Scenario drills for setbacks and relapse prevention
• Personal playbook: triggers, scripts, support systems
