• Channels & cadence for teamwork
• Assertive scripts and role‑plays

2‑Day —

Objective: Influence and present with confidence.

• Difficult conversations & de‑escalation
• Storytelling and framing for buy‑in
• Presentation lab with peer feedback

3‑Day —

• High‑stakes presentation practice
