1‑Day —

Objective: Design & deliver core modules.

• Outcome writing clinic
• Engagement techniques (beyond slides)
• Assessment basics + feedback
• Micro‑teaches with feedback

2‑Day —

Objective: Assessments, transfer, impact.

• Designing valid assessments
• Transfer to workplace (70‑20‑10)
• Kirkpatrick 1–3 planning
• Facilitator playbook

3‑Day —

Objective: Live labs & certification practice.

• Full micro‑teach cycles
• Challenging participant scenarios
• Capstone design + delivery + review
